 1. Can you provide samples,What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Yes, we offer samples to help you evaluate the quality and functionality of our hardware components. Please note that some samples may be free, but basically you will need to cover shipping costs. Our minimum order quantity varies depending on the type of hardware. For    most products, the MOQ ranges from 100 to 1,500 pieces.

However, we can discuss smaller orders if necessary.

2, What is your production lead time?

The lead time depends on the order quantity and the complexity of the product. Typically, production takes 12-30 days after the confirmation of the order.      We  can also expedite production in certain cases.

3.What materials do you use for your hardware accessories?

We primarily use high-quality materials such as zinc alloy, copper, aluminum   alloy, and brass. Each material is selected based on its durability, resistance to   rust, and suitability for specific applications like bags, apparel, or luggage.

4 .We often worry about the problem of hardware being oxidized by           genuine leather goods.do you have some professional suggestion?

We spray an additional high temperature acid-proof coating for protection ,       It will  protect the hardware from being oxidized and corroded by the real           leather and also improve the wear resistance.

   5. Do you offer customized  design services?

    Yes, we provide customization services to meet specific design requirements. From size, shape,  and material to surface finishes and logo engraving, we can tailor our hardware to your needs.

   6. What surface treatments do you offer for your hardware?

    We provide a variety of surface treatments to enhance the appearance and durability of our hardware:

    Plating: Nickel-free, gold, silver, antique finishes, etc.

    Coatings: High-temperature acid-proof, anti-rust, and wear-resistant coatings or epoxy coating

   Polishing and Brushing: To create sleek or matte textures.

  Anodizing or Chemical Oxidation :mainly for Aluminum Alloy

   These options ensure compatibility with different styles and applications.
